How to Book

New Clients:

Current clients:

Please head over to our Booking Page to select a time and date that suits you best.

 

Once your appointment is booked, you can sit back and relax! 

If you need to change your appointment, you can do so 48 hours prior to your appointment start time using the link in your confirmation email.

First time using telehealth?

We’ve put together some helpful hints for your first session.

On the Day

Online consultations: We will email you a link to our secure video chat a couple of days before your appointment time. This link will stay the same for all of your appointments, so you can bookmark it for easy access!

Phone consultations: You will receive a call from a private number at the time of your appointment.

Please note that while we take payment details when you complete our new patient intake form, no payment are taken until after your appointment.

Referral requirements

Referrals are not required for private insurance or self-funding clients.

Please speak to your private health insurance provider to see what rebates are available with your level of cover.

A referral is required in order to access Medicare rebates.
